I am just starting my next adventure to Europe today. With my Priority Club Pass through my American Express membership I waited for my flight in The Club lounge in terminal B across from gate 15. I had to write this post because the staff is awesome. Drinks and food is complimentary as well as WiFi, showers, and snacks. The staff are some of the friendliest you will ever come across.
San Jose is an easy airport to fly out of and if you do stop by the lounge.

Summertime in Lake Tahoe

This weekend I made a trip up to South Lake Tahoe. I have written many times about the huge amount of snow the Sierra received this year and now Lake Tahoe and surrounding lakes and rivers are bearing the fruit of all that snow. The Tahoe area is always beautiful but this year you can still see snow on the mountain peaks as well as a lake that is full to the brim.

Summers are always a great time to visit the lake. There are sporting events, festivals, all types of recreational activities, big name entertainment and of course gambling.
Of course I had to go to The Beacon at Camp Richardson for Rum Runners, Steak Tacos and a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

You may not see the lake this high for awhile so I would suggest a trip to the lake this summer.
